Aalto Management, MGT for short, is the subject club for all management students along with other Aalto University students interested in the subject.
Originally founded in 1971, Management covers topics ranging from strategy and international business to human resource management, communication, sustainability, and leadership.
The purpose of the subject club is to promote the interests of our student members, advance the cooperation between the students and the University and support the professional development of the students.
MGT organizes various activities for its members, aiming to connect them with faculty, potential employers, and like-minded students. The activities include company visits, training sessions, and social gatherings.
The subject club is one of Aalto University Student Union's special status associations.

In 2022, Aalto Management underwent a significant rebranding phase, transitioning from Aalto Management and International Business (MIB) to its streamlined identity that it is today. This strategic shift was designed to reflect the organization's evolving focus and growing ambitions more accurately.
The rebranding aimed to enhance its brand recognition, better align with its core values, and underscore its commitment to unite management students and those interested in it under one organization. This pivotal change marked the new era for Aalto Management, poised to strengthen its influence and impact in the business landscape and at Aalto University.
